30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products purchased from Comsys Pacific. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Custom-configured or built-to-order items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)

Our Returns Process

Returning an item to Comsys NZ is quick and straightforward. Simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. For change-of-mind returns, products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories and manuals intact. Once approved, you'll receive a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.

For faulty items covered under warranty, we'll arrange free return shipping from anywhere in New Zealand. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or replacement promptly. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that custom-built PCs, opened software, and certain consumables may have different return conditions. Business account customers enjoy the same 30-day return policy with the added convenience of account credit options for faster reordering.
