Do you deliver across New Zealand?

Yes — we deliver nationwide across both the North and South Islands. Rural addresses are supported. Free delivery applies on NZ orders over $500.

What is your returns policy?

How long does delivery take?

Most NZ orders ship within one business day. Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch typically arrive in 1-2 business days; other regions in 2-4 business days. Rural delivery may add 1-2 days.

Do you offer trade/business pricing?

Yes — NZ-registered businesses can apply for a trade account to access volume pricing and a 30-day credit option. Apply via our Business Account portal and we will respond within one business day.

Are all products genuine?

Yes. All products are sourced through authorised supply channels and ship with full manufacturer warranty applicable to New Zealand.

Do prices include GST?

Prices on the NZ store display inclusive of 15% GST by default. A GST tax invoice is issued with every order.

Yes, we deliver to all regions across New Zealand including rural areas. Standard delivery is free for orders over $500 ex GST. Rural deliveries may take 1-2 additional days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your returns policy?
